The two masses of the facility are connected by a one-storied building, which contains public functions. One of the masses contains minor apartments accessible from a side-corridor. The second mass in the other hand provides apartments for families open from an inside corridor. This mass also contains spaces for co-housing functions. Materials applied for casing represents if the functions face to the street or the private garden and make the big masses more aerial.
