District 13 has been a dynamically developing region of Budapest in the past few years. The task was designing a council flat consisting of 67 apartments. Having regard to the function the aim was creating a simple, nearly passive building with low-cost maintenance. Besides it has to fulfill the requirements of modern living conditions. The two masses of the facility are connected by a one-storied building, which contains public functions. One of the masses contains minor apartments accessible from a side-corridor. The second mass in the other hand provides apartments for families open from an inside corridor. This mass also contains spaces for co-housing functions. Materials applied for casing represents if the functions face to the street or the private garden and make the big masses more aerial.
